This branding series was created for a hypothetical conference. The prompt was to come up with a conference that could be about anything- as long as it was related to Typography and how it interacted with said topic in the larger cultural context.
I chose to go with typography in food packaging design- food being one of my favorite topics. I came up with the name “Edible” for the conference and laid a solid foundation for the brand imagery by creating a strong logo and system. I limited the color palette to three colors on a toned background.
The branding set comes with two sided poster, event name tags, tshirt apparel, and an animation that describes the brand further.
OUT on screen is a fantasy conference featuring Ellen Degeneres, Rachel Maddow, and Laverne Cox. The three will come together to share their experiences of living queer and as a woman in the public eye. They will discuss what qualities make a leader, and specifically, what it takes to be an out leader on the forefront of media.

Gastronomical Love is dedicated to telling the story of a city -Cupertino, California- through the act of journeying through its food scene.
Featured is an abundant portfolio of good eats from across a multitude of cultures. It was laborious to compile, to say the least.
All copy was written by designer. Photography is appropriately credited in a spread printed within the book.

A collaborative effort: a book describing the unique characteristics of the sans serif typeface.
We chose to run with the title and theme of "Sans Syrup", a riff on the word "sans serif"
I was responsible for the cover, the "Humanist Characteristics" and the "Transitional Characteristics" spreads.
