A branding series created for MICA's annual Experimental Fashion show that was distributed at the show and across campus.
In total, we created a poster, a catalog, tickets, and promo cards
The experimental fashion class was our client and we held weekly presentations/ meetings with them.

This branding series was created for a hypothetical conference. The prompt was to come up with a conference that could be about anything- as long as it was related to Typography and how it interacted with said topic in the larger cultural context.
I chose to go with typography in food packaging design- food being one of my favorite topics. I came up with the name “Edible” for the conference and laid a solid foundation for the brand imagery by creating a strong logo and system. I limited the color palette to three colors on a toned background.
The branding set comes with two sided poster, event name tags, tshirt apparel, and an animation that describes the brand further.
Prompt: To create a poster that describes 5-7 steps in the creation of a mass produced item
My product of choice was the American hot dog
I tried out several formats before choosing the circular flow pattern, and I chose to make my illustrations in a style that harkened to simplified smart phone app icons.
OUT on screen is a fantasy conference featuring Ellen Degeneres, Rachel Maddow, and Laverne Cox. The three will come together to share their experiences of living queer and as a woman in the public eye. They will discuss what qualities make a leader, and specifically, what it takes to be an out leader on the forefront of media.
This is the branded promotional material for the conference, including poster, pamphlet, and website.
Based on the book
A collaborative effort: a book describing the unique characteristics of the sans serif typeface.
We chose to run with the title and theme of "Sans Syrup", a riff on the word "sans serif"
I was responsible for the cover, the "Humanist Characteristics" and the "Transitional Characteristics" spreads.
Collaborators: Louisa Liu, Daniel Shor, Sumeet Mehesh
